During the next two years the partnership will be working towards becoming a Business Improvement District in the Spring of 2013, by delivering three strategic objectives:</p><p><b>1. Promote and Represent the area,<br><br>2. Delivering a high quality public realm,<br><br>3. Developing Baker Street as a premier business hub.<br><br></b></p>Guests included local landowners and businesses, as well as the area’s 
MP Mark Field, elected ward Councillors and several residents
